Why everything always sold out?!
All our releases are produced in certain quantities, which we do not restock once they're sold out.First come, first served basis. Missed out on the releases? Don't worry, just follow us on Twitter and on Facebook to stay updated with our latest releases.
How often do you drop new releases?
We release new collections in every 3 month which mean 4 times a year starting on January, April, July, and October. However, we also drop a special releases from outside our regular quarterly collections.

We almost always reply within 24 hours.
How long will shipping take?
Domestic purchases (within Malaysia) will take about 2-3 business days to arrive, depending on destination.
Will there be any extra charges from the shipping?
Yes! We do have extra charge for the shipping (within Malaysia), free delivery for COD only in Kota Kinabalu (KK City Area).
Do you have a official distributor?
Our store based on the Internet as we started before thru the social media, but we are now still looking for potential Distributor to selling our products in-store.
